What Draft Ally does today

A short list of what to expect, so nothing surprises you in your first weeks.

Files

• Word (.docx) and PDF files up to 25 MB and 300 pages.
• Images and older Word files (.doc) are not accepted yet. Save a .doc as .docx first.
• A PDF is kept as a read-only record: you can analyse it, comment on it and track its key terms, but it has no Word export, review link, e-signature or version restore. Upload the Word file to edit and negotiate.

Analysis

• You start an analysis yourself from the contract page; uploading a contract does not analyse it automatically.
• Up to five analyses run at the same time on each server; any more wait their turn.

Plans

• The Free plan includes 1 contract and 1 analysis a month.

Sharing and signing

• Share links stay open until you revoke them; they do not expire on their own yet.
• E-signature uses your own DocuSign or Adobe Acrobat Sign connection until our partner approval with each provider completes.
• DocuSign sends from its demo environment until then: envelopes are watermarked and not legally binding. Sending is labelled “(demo)” while that is the case.
